Cift Kaplan was established in 1928 in Istanbul. It was the in Sultanhamam (Istanbul) store where Cift Kaplan started to trade notions and today that store is still flagship to the company.
Later on, Cift Kaplan started to outsource and sell undergarments under its own brand name until 1956 when the first workshop was founded.
